2. General information
This website provides a browser game (“NiNjAttack”). We process personal data only where this is technically necessary to provide the website or where you actively contact us.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external hosting provider (currently Cloudflare Pages). When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files. This is technically necessary to deliver the website and to maintain security.
The log files may in particular contain the following data:
- IP address (possibly shortened or truncated, depending on the provider)
- Date and time of access
- Page or file requested
- Referrer URL
- Browser type/version and operating system
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technical provision, stability and security). Log data is stored in accordance with the hosting provider’s requirements, or only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above.
4. Cookies / tracking
No analytics or tracking tools (for example Google Analytics) are currently used on the website. If advertising (for example Google AdSense) or tracking/marketing technologies are used in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, consent will be obtained through a consent banner.
5. Contact
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have, among others, the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
7. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. A list of supervisory authorities can be found, for example, via the website of the German Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI).
Note: This privacy policy is intended as a pragmatic basis for a game website. Once AdSense/tracking is active, the relevant sections will be added (provider, data, purposes, legal bases, consent and opt-out).
